Our founder : Gaurav Kathuria

I have over a decade of experience working in functional areas, including Project Management, Business Analysis, Software implementation, Change Management and Training.

I am also passionate about bringing together People, Process and Technology to drive efficiencies.

Whilst working with a range of businesses, I recognised that large organisations employ process improvement and system implementation personnel to make efficiencies or diversify their revenue streams. I also identified that due to the scale of operations, small and medium sized businesses cannot justify the investment in these personnel.

I strongly believes in supporting small and medium sized businesses and thus wanted to find a way to enable these organisations to benefit from process improvement skills.


Our team includes hospitality professionals with specialist expertise and substantial experience of running bars, café’s, restaurants and guest accommodation. Our Team also includes a consultant Chef who specialises in optimising stock management processes and reducing waste.
 By bringing together the team’s hospitality experience and my process improvement expertise, our aim to is enable small and medium sized hospitality businesses to compete more effectively with larger chains, through optimising business processes and implementing cost effective solutions.


We create packaged solutions for small and medium sized business to combine people (training), process and technology with the aim of resolving the following issues:
  • The lack of business insight
  • Silos and bottlenecks
  • Lack of business resilience
  • Poor system integration

This approach reduces the costs of providing this consultancy, making it affordable to small and medium sized businesses.
