Hospitality ERP · SAP Business One · Zoho
One system for your sales, stock and accounts
We set up hospitality ERP on SAP Business One for growing groups, or on Zoho for smaller operators, and connect it to your tills, bookings and payroll. Delivered with IMTS Global Limited, part of the IMTS Group and a partner of both SAP and Zoho.
- SAP and Zoho partner
- Connects to your existing EPOS
- Ready for AI forecasting

Outgrowing spreadsheets?
From the till to the balance sheet in one place
As a business grows, with more sites, retail alongside food and drink, events or rooms, separate systems start to get in the way. Sales are re-keyed into spreadsheets, stock counts never quite match and month-end takes days.
An ERP brings finance, purchasing, stock, sales and reporting together, so owners, managers and accountants all look at the same figures.
- Sales flow from the till into stock and accounts automatically
- Purchasing and stock work across every site and kitchen
- Reports are ready the next morning, not the next month
How it fits together
Your systems in, one set of numbers out
We don’t ask you to throw everything away. Your EPOS, booking and payroll systems keep doing their jobs, and the ERP joins them up.
Two routes
SAP Business One or Zoho: we help you choose
Both connect to your existing systems and give you data that AI can use. The right one depends on your size, how many sites you run and how much control you need.

Best for multi-site groups
SAP Business One
A full ERP for groups that need tight control of finance, stock and purchasing across several sites or brands.
- Multi-company and multi-currency accounts
- Central purchasing, production kitchens and stock transfers
- SAP Customer Checkout point of sale, or integration with your current EPOS
- Detailed reporting and dashboards by site
- Cloud hosting available, so there are no servers to look after

Best for single sites and small groups
Zoho
A set of connected cloud apps that lets smaller operators start with accounts and stock, then add more when they need it.
- Zoho Books for accounts, recognised by HMRC for Making Tax Digital
- Zoho Inventory for stock, suppliers and purchase orders
- Zoho CRM and Campaigns for regulars, corporate clients and events
- Zoho Forms and Bookings for private hire and enquiries
- Zoho Analytics for dashboards, with daily sales synced from your EPOS
Whichever platform you choose

Integrations
Connected to the systems you already use
IMTS has more than 25 years of experience connecting ERP to third-party systems. For hospitality, that usually means:
Clubs, members’ venues and leisure
Membership, bars, dining and events in one system
Private members’ clubs, golf and sports clubs and leisure venues often run separate systems for membership, each bar and restaurant, stock, function bookings and the accounts.
IMTS’s club management system, built on SAP, brings these together: member records and reminders, point of sale across every outlet, stock, banquet and spa bookings, and real-time financials.
- One member record across every outlet
- Function, banquet and spa bookings
- Stock and purchasing for every bar and kitchen

FAQs
Hospitality ERP questions
Should I choose SAP Business One or Zoho?
Zoho usually suits single sites and small groups that want low monthly costs and to start with accounts and stock. SAP Business One suits multi-site groups, central kitchens and businesses that need multi-company accounts and tighter controls. We’ll recommend one after looking at how you work.
Does Zoho Books handle Making Tax Digital?
Yes. Zoho Books is HMRC-recognised software for Making Tax Digital, including VAT returns filed directly to HMRC.
Is SAP Business One only for large businesses?
No. It is designed for small and mid-sized businesses and suits growing hospitality and retail operators, especially those with several sites.
Can it work with my existing EPOS?
Usually, yes. We connect your EPOS so that daily sales post into stock and accounts. If your current system can’t share data, we’ll tell you during the assessment.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the platform, the number of sites and the integrations. A Zoho set-up for a single site can take a few weeks; SAP Business One for a group takes longer. We agree a plan with clear milestones before starting.
Do I need an ERP to use AI?
Not always. Single sites can often start with AI features in their existing tools. An ERP becomes valuable when data is spread across several sites and systems.
